What To Expect
Every property is photographed by the owner of the business. The person accountable for the brand and the results is the one behind the camera. That ensures consistency, experience, and full responsibility for every image delivered.
Quality requires structure. The property must be fully photo ready when we arrive. Photography cannot take place while paperwork or other activities are happening in shared spaces like dining or living rooms. On camera, rooms overlap. Movement and clutter compromise results and slow production.
Preparation saves time and money. A ready home keeps the shoot efficient and delivery on schedule. When additional post-production is required, touch-ups are billed at $15 per image. These costs are avoidable with proper planning.
