The order form shows clear pricing, everything included, and real job samples. First you select your package, then you can add any extras you need. You receive instant confirmation, automatic reminders, and clean scheduling in one simple system. No deposit or upfront payment required. We deliver the images first, then you pay per download once they arrive in your inbox.

What To Expect
Property Photography requires a photo-ready space. It cannot happen while paperwork, meetings, cleaning, or other activities are taking place in shared areas. If the property can't be fully photo-ready, we may not be the right fit, and that's ok.
If extra post-production is needed, touch-ups are $15 per image, think dog bowls, missing light bulbs, trash bins, debris, and other avoidable distractions.

This is not strict for the sake of being strict. It is to protect your investment. Any other business can photograph a space and move on, but we genuinely care.
