The Essentials is the streamlined package for listings that need to look professional fast and keep the focus where it matters: the property itself. It includes a clean set of high-quality photos, a measured floor plan, and a dedicated listing website, delivered as one organized release ready to post, share, and sell from. This package is ideal for homes outside gated communities, where aerial imagery adds little value. When properties are surrounded by neighboring houses, tree cover, or standard residential streets, drone shots tend to flatten the story rather than elevate it. For those scenarios, we recommend skipping drone media and investing in strong, accurate interior and exterior photography that presents the home clearly, professionally, and without distractions. Simple pricing by size: Up to 2,000 sq ft: $250 2,001 to 3,000 sq ft: $275 3,001 to 4,500 sq ft: $325 4,501 to 6,000 sq ft: $395 The Essentials Package is built for results, not upsells. Every tier ($250, $275, $325, $395) includes two deliverables at no extra cost: a professional, color coded 2D floor plan (normally $75) and a clean, MLS ready property website (normally $50). That is $125 in value included upfront, at no additional charge. Most companies add these later as separate line items. We include them from the start so pricing stays simple, transparent, and efficient, with a value stack that is hard to pass up. Please have the home fully photo-ready when we arrive. No landscaping, cleaning crews, moving trucks, or boxes in motion. Finish all prep the day before. We photograph only and do not stage, and our insurance does not allow us to move heavy furniture. Optional retouching is $15 per image. Drone flights are weather and FAA-dependent, and if rain prevents flying, we reschedule the drone portion at no cost. Delivery is 24 to 48 hours. You book online, and you pay per download after the images hit your email.
