Weather Runs The Show
This is not an inspection, a plumbing job, or an appliance repair. We are helping you sell your property, and it needs to be showcased at its best.
Overcast skies are usually fine. In fact, clouds can act like a giant diffuser, creating soft, moody, cinematic light. But active rain is a big no. We cannot fly drones safely, the property can look muddy and messy, and the final media will not represent the home the way it should.
Our advice is simple: check the weather before booking. If heavy rain moves in, we will be happy to reschedule for the best results.
