Commercial photography has a clear starting point: one creative fee plus a licensing fee per selected image. This gives each client flexibility while keeping the scope easy to understand from the beginning. You can quickly estimate what your project will cost based on how many images you need, while we can take the necessary time to plan, capture, edit, and prepare each licensed image properly. Clear pricing, clear preparation, clear usage, and a structure built around your space, your marketing needs, and your budget.
Creative Fee: $595
The creative fee covers the production of the shoot, including planning, on-site visit, photography time, professional capture, equipment, editing, file preparation, and delivery.
Image Licensing: $50 per image
Each selected image includes usage rights for approved commercial marketing channels such as your website, Google Business Profile, social media, brochures, commercial listings, presentations, and standard business marketing.

Do You Offer Discounts?
No. We do not discount commercial photography. Every image still requires planning, capture, editing, delivery, and proper licensing. We are not a product that can be discounted in bulk.
What we do offer is smarter: co-sharing.
Example: a boutique resort hires us for a $1,595 commercial photography project.
If the interior designer and landscaping company also want to use the images, each can be added as a licensed co-user for 30% of the primary project total.

Total Project Value With Co-Sharing: $2,552
If all three parties choose to split the total evenly:
$2,552 divided by 3 = $850.67 each
