Every Express package includes exactly 25 professionally edited photos. Coverage typically includes 2 images of each main room, 1 image of each smaller or secondary room, plus essential front and rear exterior views. The shot distribution may be adjusted to fit the property, but the final total always remains 25 images. Delivery is completed within 24 to 48 hours.
Bird Express is built for vacant homes, unstaged properties, tighter budgets, or listings that simply need clean professional photography without additional media. You receive the same professional standards and fast delivery as our larger packages, while paying only for the coverage the property actually needs.

Property Website Included
Every Express Package includes a professional property website designed to showcase the listing everywhere it needs to appear online, not only in the MLS. The branded and unbranded links can be shared across real estate websites, social media, email campaigns, text messages, online advertising, and directly with prospective buyers.
The website includes the property photos, listing information, an integrated Google Maps location, and a lead-capture form so interested buyers can submit their contact information or request more details. The unbranded link is MLS-ready for easy copy and paste, and the website remains active for 12 months.
Additional services can be added directly through the booking order form, including virtual staging, virtual twilight images, community amenity photography, aerial photography, drone video, floor plans, 3D tours, social reels, and more.
Weather Runs The Show
This is not an inspection or a repair call. We are here to help your property look its best.
Overcast skies are usually fine. Active rain is not. Drones cannot fly safely, outdoor areas can look wet and messy, and the final images may not meet our standards.
We are not an 800-number call center or a mass-production company. You deal directly with the owner and photographer. When weather threatens the quality of your media, we reschedule at no extra cost.
Nobody wins with bad photos. Our job is to create exceptional work, not rush the appointment.
How to Book
Bookings must be submitted online only so we receive the correct property details, service selections, access notes, and special requests. You’ll receive instant confirmation, with no deposit or upfront payment required. After the photo session, images are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours to the email address used for booking, and you pay per download.
Payment & Delivery
We use a pay-per-download system, so you only pay once your media is ready. After delivery, you will receive a link by email where you can pay to download your final media. That same link also works as your online gallery, property website, and media portal. It stays active for 12 months and can showcase your photos, floor plan, 3D tours, listing links, and selected media.
