Meet the Owner/Photograher
Argentine-American since 1985, Tomas brings advertising, real estate, and photography experience to Bird Real Estate Media.
The son of an Argentine airline commercial pilot and a Suncoast financial advisor, he grew up between Argentine and American cultures and has called the Suncoast home since the early 90s. His background spans agency work for Honda Motors and Reef, real estate sales with Century 21, and professional action photography at Vail Resorts, covering Burton US Opens, Olympic-level events, and backcountry skiing.
Since launching Bird Real Estate Media in 2018, Tomas has photographed more than 1,200 residential and commercial properties. Competing independently against national franchises and large media companies, he has built his business and team through strategy, creativity, resilience, integrity, and genuine care.
What to Expect
Property Photography requires a photo-ready space. It cannot happen while paperwork, meetings, cleaning, or other activities are taking place in shared areas. If the property can't be fully photo-ready, we may not be the right fit, and that's ok.
If extra post-production is needed, touch-ups are $15 per image, think dog bowls, missing light bulbs, trash bins, debris, and other avoidable distractions.

This is not strict for the sake of being strict. It is to protect your investment. Any other business can photograph a space and move on, but we genuinely care.
Weather Runs The Show
This is not an inspection, a plumbing job, or an appliance repair. We are helping you sell your property, and it needs to be showcased at its best.
Overcast skies are usually fine. In fact, clouds can act like a giant diffuser, creating soft, moody, cinematic light. But active rain is a big no. We cannot fly drones safely, the property can look muddy and messy, and the final media will not represent the home the way it should.
Our advice is simple: check the weather before booking. If heavy rain moves in, we will be happy to reschedule for the best results.
