What to Expect
Property Photography requires a photo-ready space. It cannot happen while contracts, cleaning, or other activities are taking place in shared areas. If the property can't be fully photo-ready, we may not be the right fit, and that's ok.
If extra post-production is needed, touch-ups are $15 per image, think dog bowls, missing light bulbs, trash bins, debris, and other avoidable distractions.

This is not strict for the sake of being strict. It is to protect your investment. Any other business can photograph a space and move on, but we genuinely care.
Weather Runs The Show
This is not an inspection, a plumbing job, or an appliance repair. We are helping you sell your property, and it needs to be showcased at its best.
Overcast skies are usually fine. In fact, clouds can act like a giant diffuser, creating soft, moody, cinematic light. But active rain is a big no. We cannot fly drones safely, the property can look muddy and messy, and the final media will not represent the home the way it should.
Our advice is simple: check the weather before booking. If heavy rain moves in, we will be happy to reschedule for the best results.
