Meet the Owner/Photograher
Argentine-American since 1985, Tomas brings advertising, real estate, and photography experience to Bird Real Estate Media.
The son of an Argentine airline pilot and a Suncoast financial advisor, he grew up between Argentine and American cultures. His background includes agency work for Honda Motors and Reef, real estate sales as a Suncoast Realtor for Century 21, and professional action photography at Vail Resorts, covering Burton US Opens, Olympic-level events, and backcountry skiing.
Since launching Bird Real Estate Media in 2018, Tomas has photographed more than 1,200 residential and commercial properties. Competing independently against national franchises and large media companies, he has built his business and team through strategy, creativity, resilience, integrity, and genuine care.
What to Expect
Property Photography requires a photo-ready space. It cannot happen while paperwork, meetings, cleaning, or other activities are taking place in shared areas. If the property can't be fully photo-ready, we may not be the right fit, and that's ok.
If extra post-production is needed, touch-ups are $15 per image, think dog bowls, missing light bulbs, trash bins, debris, and other avoidable distractions.

This is not strict for the sake of being strict. It is to protect your investment. Any other business can photograph a space and move on, but we genuinely care.
