We are not your average real estate photographer. We focus on the small details that create big desire. Our Signature Close-Up Shots are where a listing starts to feel like a curated brand. Think faucet details, tile patterns, custom lighting, textiles, artwork, and styling accents captured as if they were pulled from a design magazine. These images invite buyers to slow down, linger, and imagine themselves in the space, so they do not just see a property, they feel its quality.
What to Expect
Property Photography requires a photo-ready space. It cannot happen while paperwork, meetings, cleaning, or other activities are taking place in shared areas. If the property can't be fully photo-ready, we may not be the right fit, and that's ok.
If extra post-production is needed, touch-ups are $15 per image, think dog bowls, missing light bulbs, trash bins, debris, and other avoidable distractions.
