The Lifestyle Package includes everything in The Essentials, then adds drone aerials and community amenity images to tell the whole story, which is ideal for homes near golf courses, beaches, canals, and gated communities, with unlimited interior and exterior photography, a color-coded 2D floor plan, an MLS-ready property website, and premium editing on every image. Hence, the final set looks consistent, polished, and ready to publish. Simple pricing by size: Up to 2,000 sq ft: $345 2,001 to 3,000 sq ft: $370 3,001 to 4,500 sq ft: $420 4,501 to 6,000 sq ft: $490 When you upgrade to the Lifestyle Package, you get 10 drone images plus 10 amenities images for $95. À la carte, that is $150 for the drone and $25 for amenities, $175 total. And every tier already includes $125 in included value at no extra cost: the color coded 2D floor plan (usually $75) and the MLS ready property website (usually $50). Exceptional value, built in from the start. Please have the home fully photo-ready when we arrive. No landscaping, cleaning crews, moving trucks, or boxes in motion. Have it finished the day before. We photograph, we do not stage, and our insurance does not allow us to move heavy furniture. Optional Photoshop retouching (think pet bowls, trash bins, debris, light bulbs) is $15 per image. Drone flights are weather and FAA-dependent, and if rain prevents flying, we reschedule the drone portion at no cost. Delivery is 24 to 48 hours. You pay per download after the images hit your email.
