While we are already on site photographing, we capture the measurements and produce the plan in under five minutes, with no extra appointment and no disruption to your schedule. Hosting: Zillow 3D tours are generally hosted without an annual fee when tied to a Zillow listing. Matterport tours require cloud hosting and renew at $250 per year per tour to stay active.

A 3D Matterport scan can be a practical form of documentation before a loss. It does not guarantee any specific insurance or FEMA outcome, and every claim is fact-specific and handled by the carrier or agency. That said, we have seen situations where clear, time-stamped visual evidence of a property’s pre-loss condition helped reduce questions, support the narrative of what existed, and move the process along faster.
