You get everything in The Lifestyle Package, plus a 4K Zillow 3D Home Tour so buyers can walk the home virtually, understand the layout, and self-qualify before they book a showing. Included: unlimited professional photos, a color-coded 2D floor plan, an MLS-ready property website, drone aerials, amenity images, premium edits, and the Zillow 3D tour with an interactive floor plan integrated into the listing and website. Photos and floor plans are delivered in 24 to 48 hours, and the 3D tour typically follows within 48 hours. Booking is online, and you pay per download after delivery. Simple pricing by size: Up to 2,000 sq ft: $445 2,001 to 3,000 sq ft: $470 3,001 to 4,500 sq ft: $520 4,501 to 6,000 sq ft: $590 Our pricing is simple. On its own, a Zillow 3D tour is priced by square footage, typically $150 to $350. In this package, it is a flat $100, so you save $50 to $250 depending on the size of the home. If you did not know, Zillow 3D tours can be created by amateurs or by professionals, and technically even for free using a phone. We offer the professional alternative. We have been producing these tours daily for years using professional 4K 360 cameras on tripods, not phones, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a polished experience that reflects the true quality of the home. The payoff is real: more engagement, more saves, and stronger visibility in Zillow search. We capture the 3D tour immediately after photography, so the home must be fully clear. You can wait in one room or step outside, but the space needs to be empty so we can work efficiently. Please have the home fully photo-ready when we arrive. No landscaping, cleaning crews, moving trucks, or boxes in motion. Have it done the day before. We photograph; we do not stage. For safety and liability, our insurance does not allow us to move heavy furniture. Optional Photoshop retouching (think light bulbs, pet bowls, trash bins) is $15 per image.
